Conference Meetings, group gatherings and après ski functions can be fully facilitated in our Spearhead Room or Cheakamus Room. The meeting rooms are located on the ground floor next to the hotel lobby and offer complimentary coffee, tea and water in the common area. Full catering can be organized with an outside vendor while a white screen and projector can be rented in-house. Whistler’s complimentary shuttle service stop is conveniently just outside the hotel lobby while visiting the Blackcomb Springs Suites.
