Credit Cards

Visa, Master Card, American Express accepted. Guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid credit card to check into a suite.

Age policy restrictions are subject to change.


Dogs

Why Leave Your Best Friend Behind? Bring Them To Our Dog-Friendly Whistler Hotel. We have a soft spot for furry friends. They make life a bit more spontaneous and enjoyable. They’re always there for us, and they don’t talk back. Much. For a nominal nightly pet fee, you’ll find accommodations befitting the discriminating taste of your dog (not to mention you, of course). Plus, our team can tell you all the best dog-parks and pet-friendly areas around town. For those with allergies, we do have dog-free rooms available upon request at time of booking.

Up to two dogs maximum. We regret no other pets including cats are permitted. Dogs may not be left in room unattended. Fee: $25/night per dog (plus GST). Maximum dogs allowed per reservation is 2.




PARKING

Parking of $23.00 plus applicable taxes per night will apply.

NOTE: No over height parking is available at the hotel. Maximum clearance for the parking garage is 7 feet.
For roof top boxes, we can provide assistance to remove box and store separately.


SEASONAL RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES

UNTIL NOVEMBER 21, 2018

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

Deposit: One night’s room rate plus applicable taxes + entire 7% Resort Fee (plus applicable taxes) is charged as a deposit at the time of booking and is 100% non-refundable.

Final Payment: Balance is automatically charged to the guest’s credit card 7 days prior to arrival and is 100% non-refundable.

Cancellations: Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit deposit. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the reservation.

The guest is responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of the guest’s actual arrival or departure. There will be no refund for early departures or unused nights.

NOVEMBER 22, 2018 TO APRIL 30, 2019*

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

Regular Winter Season: Nov 22-Dec 13, 2018, Jan 06-Apr 30, 2019:

Deposit: One night’s room rate plus applicable taxes + entire 7% Resort Fee (plus applicable taxes) is charged as a deposit at the time of booking and is 100% non-refundable.

Final Payment: Balance is automatically charged to the guest’s credit card 30 days prior to arrival and is 100% non-refundable.

Cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit deposit. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the reservation.

Pre-Holiday Season: December 14-20, 2018:

Deposit: One night’s room rate plus applicable taxes + entire 7% Resort Fee (plus applicable taxes) is charged as a deposit at the time of booking and is 100% non-refundable.

Final Payment: Balance is automatically charged to the guest’s credit card 45 days prior to arrival and is 100% non-refundable.

Cancellations: Cancellations made 46 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit deposit. Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the reservation.

Holiday Season: December 21, 2018 – January 05, 2019

Deposit: One night’s room rate plus applicable taxes + entire 7% Resort Fee (plus applicable taxes) is charged as a deposit at the time of booking and is 100% non-refundable.

Final Payment: Balance is automatically charged to the guest’s credit card 60 days prior to arrival and is 100% non-refundable.

Cancellations: Cancellations made 61 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit deposit. Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the reservation.
